Özet

Tam dişsiz hastalarda, kişinin kaybolan fonksiyon ve estetiğini geri  kazandırma amacıyla dental implantlar sıklıkla tercih  edilmektedir. Özellikle aşırı rezorpsiyona uğramış kretlerde subperiostal implantlar ve Quattrofix konsepti ile kemik rejenerasyon prosedürlerinden kaçınılarak, hasta operasyon günü sabit protetik tedavi ile rehabilite edilebilmektedir. Bu vaka raporunda ileri derecede kemik atrofisi bulunan hastanın üst çenede subperiostal implantlar üzerine, alt çenede ise anterior bölgede iki düz posterior bölgede ise iki açılı olmak üzere toplam dört implant üzerine hemen yüklenen vidalı sabit geçici protezleri sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

In edentulous patients, dental implants are frequently preferred to restore lost function and esthetics. Especially in severely resorbed crests, subperiosteal implants and the Quattrofix concept can avoid bone regeneration procedures and the patient can be rehabilitated with fixed prosthetic treatment on the day of the implant surgery. In this case report, a patient with severe bone atrophy who received screw-retained fixed provisional prostheses loaded immediately on subperiosteal implants in the upper jaw and on a total of four implants in the lower jaw, two straight in the anterior region and two angled in the posterior region is presented.
